Log into your 70mai account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, resaleable condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.
